Roadmap to Change - a foundation in change
A comprehensive foundation level training program offering proven approaches to initiating, analysing, designing, delivering, embedding and sustaining benefit outcomes.
Training is delivered via live online weekly sessions over 5 weeks – enabling participation from geographically dispersed teams, or those with flexible work arrangements.
Roadmap to Change – Bespoke delivery
If you are embarking on a change initiative and want to build the capability internally to manage it - this is for you. Participants receive the Roadmap to Change foundational learnings, but we also guide them through a series of co-design workshops to analyse and design the change delivery and sustainment approach.
Co-design enables key stakeholders of the change to contribute to how they are engaged and supported throughout the change process – it allows the recipients of the change to write themselves and their business needs into the change strategy. This approach offers a true partnership between those responsible for delivering the change and the business operations and staff who will be responsible for applying it.
Action learning is the most powerful way to build enduring organisational capability - where hands-on analysis, design and planning by participants occurs alongside the delivery of training. Co-design workshops are designed and facilitated to meet the specific requirements of your change initiative.

Available for senior leaders, change leaders, project/program change leads and managers supporting staff through complex change.

Robin Hilder, Change Practice lead
Robin has over 17 years’ experience providing specialist Change Management services within the Australian Federal Government, including large scale and complex programs of work, business transformation and Machinery of Government changes. Since 2021, Robin has been dedicated to change management capability building, change strategy, advisory and coaching.
